MOLINE, ILLINOIS (April 5, 2019) — Craig Shannon AIA, a member of the American Institute of Architects, Iowa Chapter (AIA Iowa), has been recognized as a participant in the AIA Iowa Citizen Architect Program by AIA Iowa for service to the Quad Cities area.

Craig Shannon AIA, of Heart of America in Moline, was elected Director on the Board of the River Music Experience. The River Music Experience (RME) is a non-profit performing-arts center with outreach-programs providing opportunities for the community to listen to, learn about, and play music. Shannon is a voting member on the board that reviews upcoming programming, facilities, budgeting, and operations. Shannon has always had a great passion for music and a belief that it is the perfect vehicle for connecting generations and communities. Accomplishments have been seen in the increased resiliency of the programs and building upgrades for the RME.
