ROCK ISLAND, ILLINOIS (April 12, 2019) — The Augustana Teaching Museum of Art is opening its final exhibition of the 2018-2019 academic year. The exhibition, entitled "2019 Senior Art Exhibition", will feature the Senior Inquiry projects of the Class of 2019 Graphic Design and Studio Art majors. The exhibition opens April 12 and runs through May 11, with Artist Talks taking place on May 1 as part of the Celebration of Learning, and a closing reception May 20, 11:45AM-1PM. All events will be held at ATMA’s Centennial Hall Galleries. These events and the exhibition are free and open to the public.

The show will highlight the work of six Augustana seniors: Logan Enstrom, Taylor Hager, Sara Lyon, Audrey Mast, Jordan Thill, and Jenny Townsend. 2019 Senior Show will feature works addressing a wide variety of topics, and are the culmination of the students’ work at Augustana.

The museum is open from noon until 4pm on Fridays and Saturdays or by appointment. The museum is located at 3703 7th Ave. in Rock Island, just inside of Centennial Hall.
