DAVENPORT, IOWA (July 23, 2025) — Business and community partners gathered with Border Foods employees for a ribbon-cutting event to celebrate the opening of its newest Taco Bell restaurant in Davenport, Iowa. Located at 1736 W Kimberly Rd, the new restaurant is the franchisee’s fourteenth Taco Bell location in the Quad Cities area and its 250th restaurant in the Upper Midwest. Wednesday’s grand opening event featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony with Border Foods leaders and community partners and live music from the Assumption High School marching band, followed by a free taco combo promotion for the restaurant’s first 250 customers beginning at 11AM.
