(DES MOINES) -  Gov. Terry Branstad and Lt. Gov. Kim Reynolds today announced the second leg of their tour across Iowa to share the administration's Condition of the State message with Iowans in their local communities. The tour is set to visit Bettendorf and Mason City next week.
