At 7am on this past Monday, December 18, the much-anticipated opening of BREWED BOOKS occurred. You and friends are encouraged to stop by anytime and check it out.

Initially the hours of operation will be 7am to 5pm, Monday through Thursday, 7am to 7pm Friday and Saturday, and noon to 7pm on Sunday.

BREWED BOOKS, at 1524 Harrison Street, has been under renovation and reconstruction for many months as the owners have converted it from a neighborhood bar into a book store/coffee shop/gaming area.

This is a "soft-opening" without ribbons, speeches and such - that will come later. But the owners, Tony and Trevor Fuhs, are busily brewing coffee and shelving books, hoping you and friends will stop by that day - and many others after.

Come on over and see what is inside, and be a part of one of the most anticipated openings the Hilltop has ever seen.
