MOLINE, ILLINOIS (February 17, 2026) — The Quad Cities welcomes the 2026 Central States Shrine Association (CSSA) Convention for its Business Session on March 5-8, 2026. Over the course of the weekend, attendees will engage in essential business meetings, leadership discussions, and opportunities to connect with fellow Nobles. Attendees will take part in hospitality hours and exclusive counterpart and VIP gatherings. Ladies will participate in a special luncheon, learning about topics surrounding mental health and suicide awareness.
Following the Business Session, the Ceremonial Session will be held August 19-22, 2026. The Ceremonial Session will offer a full lineup of spirited activities and competitions, a grand parade through downtown Davenport, marketplace experiences, the popular pub crawl, Legion of Honor Luncheon, golf tournament, and themed banquets.
“The main intention of the CSSA Business Session is to provide value and awareness to our Shrine Centers while conducting internal business that helps drive forward momentum for the year. These centers are located throughout Arkansas, Colorado, Iowa, Missouri, Nebraska, and Oklahoma,” said Todd Gullickson, Vice President, Kaaba Shriners.
“During the Business Session, a patient who was supported and cared for by Shriners Children’s will share their story, highlighting the importance of continued support. Taking care of children, especially when it’s needed most, is a major pillar of our organization and the heart of our mission."
The local shrine center in Davenport, Kaaba Shrine, is part of the CSSA and will serve as the host shrine convention. Each of the 22 shrine centers in the CSSA is a member of Shriners International, a fraternal organization focused on fun, fellowship, and philanthropy (shrinersinternational.org). Shriners created and operate Shriners Children’s (shrinerschildrens.org), which currently provides specialized pediatric care to over 1.5+ million children at over 100+ access points for care.
