PRINCETON, IOWA (April 7, 2023) — The City Princeton is celebrating National Volunteer Month on Thursday, April 13th by recognizing volunteers who dedicate time, energy, and resources to make Princeton a great place to live at their regular City Council meeting at 6PM.

“In Princeton, we’re lucky to have so many dedicated volunteers who work endlessly for everyone in our town,” said Gina Wolfe, Princeton City Council Member. “Volunteer Appreciation Month is just a small way for the elected officials to demonstrate how grateful we are for them and the positive impact they make in our community.”

More than forty volunteers across eight standing boards and committees will be honored. Volunteers are invited to attend the Princeton City Council meeting on Thursday, April 1, 6PM.
