DAVENPORT, IOWA (March 25, 2026) — Common Chord, the Quad Cities’ community music organization, has an eight-band lineup set for their April 11 Battle of the Businesses fundraiser.

Battle of the Businesses is a unique concert experience bringing together Quad Cities business and community professionals for an evening of rock-star performances. Expect surprises, collaborations, and a whole lot of fun as these professionals share their hidden musical talents.

The fundraiser will be 7PM, Saturday, April 11, in the Redstone Room at Common Chord, Davenport.

The 2026 line-up includes bands representing the following businesses and organizations:

  • Bobby Ray Bunch, Realtor
  • The Planning Center
  • KLJB-TV FOX 18
  • KWQC-TV6, featuring Morgan Ottier
  • LoPiez Pizza
  • Salvation Army
  • Russell Construction
  • Ruhl&Ruhl Realtors

Cost is $50 per person. Make reservations for a table by Friday, April 10, and save $10 on a table of four and $20 on a table of eight. To purchase tickets, visit commonchordqc.org.

Donations and pledges made that night can be designated to support a band, and the group that raises the most wins the coveted Golden Microphone.

This event is sponsored by The Cultural Trust, Crawford Company, and Modern Woodmen.

Common Chord is a Davenport-based non-profit activating the power of music to improve the community.

Proceeds from this fundraising event will benefit the organization’s youth music education and enrichment programming.

Since 2004, Common Chord has provided educational and enrichment programs for area youth that provide access to musical experiences and build positive relationships. Programs including the InTune Music Mentorship Program, the Jerry Brown Acoustic Music Clubs, RiverCurrents Music Education Programs, and Kidstock Summer, benefit K-12 students in Scott and Rock Island Counties.
