ELDRIDGE, IOWA (May 19, 2025) — On May 16, 2025, Connor Construction completed the purchase of the White Roofing Co Inc business located in Eldridge, Iowa. Tyler Connor, owner of Connor Construction, located in Dewitt, Iowa will lead the next generation of White Roofing Co's growth and expansion. Rob and Pam White founded White Roofing in 1970.
Randy White, their son and his wife Katie, have retained the business' crane operation division and will operate their business White Crane Service LLC from 23555 200th Avenue in Davenport, Iowa. The Connors also acquired the commercial real estate at 320 N 9th Ave, where White Roofing Co's headquarters will remain in Eldridge, Iowa.
“We are excited to hand the keys to Tyler and his wife Kasey,” said Rob White. “They will help modernize White Roofing's operations for the next generation.”
The new owners will retain the White Roofing Co name and brand and operate the business as a separate unit from Connor Construction. All the current staff at White Roofing is being retained and Katie White will remain on the team, focusing on commercial roofing business development and bidding. All of the current staff will retain their current compensation and benefits, with no changes.
