It will feature 65 independent living units with underground parking, 52 assisted living units and 18 memory care units. This $33 million project is the first phase of a joint development project between Dial Retirement Communities and Russell. “Dial Retirement Communities has a long standing relationship with the Quad Cities market.  We are very honored to have created an impeccable reputation with over 18 years of service with our two sister communities in Davenport and Bettendorf.  We love this community and have been very interested in developing in the Moline market for quite some time.  The opportunity to partner with Russel in bringing an up-scale, first class service model to Moline is very exciting.  Moline is an incredible community and Overlook Village is going to provide an option to its seniors, their families and our team members that everyone will be proud of,” says President of Dial, Ted Lowndes. Construction will be completed in the summer of 2018.

The construction and design team includes Russell, BLDD Architects and Shive-Hattery. For more information, please visit their websites at www.russellco.com, www.bldd.com and www.shive-hattery.com.
