MAQUOKETA, IOWA (June 15, 2026) — DuTrac Community Credit Union will host a ribbon-cutting on June 26, 11AM, to celebrate eighty years!

DuTrac Community Credit Union was founded on July 25, 1946, by employees at the John Deere Dubuque Tractor Works Plant. What began as a small credit union has grown into a trusted financial partner serving individuals, families, and businesses throughout the tri-state area — while remaining committed to personal, face-to-face service and community involvement.

We are grateful for the support of our members, staff, and communities over the past eighty years and look forward to continuing to grow together for generations to come.

"We're the River Cities' Reader, and we've kept the Quad Cities' only independently owned newspaper alive and free since 1993.

So please help the Reader keep going with your one-time, monthly, or annual support. With your financial support the Reader can continue providing uncensored, non-scripted, and independent journalism alongside the Quad Cities' area's most comprehensive cultural coverage." - Todd McGreevy, Publisher
