NORTH LIBERTY, CEDAR RAPIDS, MUSCATINE, and DENVER, IOWA (November 14, 2025) — Iowa Donor Network (IDN) will honor Natalie McCleary and April Wilson on the 2026 OneLegacy Donate Life Rose Parade Float in Pasadena, California, on January 1. McCleary, an organ donor from Fruitland, Iowa, will be remembered with a floragraph portrait on the float. Wilson, a two-time living donor from Denver, Iowa, will proudly walk alongside the float as it travels down Colorado Boulevard on New Year’s Day.

IDN will host a private Rose Dedication Event on Saturday, November 15, 3–5PM, at Groundswell Café, in Cedar Rapids. Friends, family, and professional partners were invited to honor loved ones through a rose dedication. These roses will be sent to California, placed on the OneLegacy Donate Life Rose Parade Float, and featured during the Rose Parade, joining thousands of others in celebrating the gift of life.

During the event, IDN will recognize McCleary and Wilson’s contributions to the donation and transplant community and share their stories of impact and hope. Members of the media are welcome to attend.

The families of the honorees will travel to Pasadena, supported by a generous donation from the Gerdin Family Foundation.
