DAVENPORT, IOWA (November 27, 2023) Friendship Manor will announce the details of a $12.5 million improvement plan to its Rock Island retirement community during a press conference at 10AM, Thursday, November 30. This massive improvement project includes extensive renovations, a new, state-of-the-art rehab and therapy center, new and expanded dining options, the addition of two dedicated end of life suites, and much more. The press conference will take place in the chapel at 1209 21st Ave in Rock Island, on the Friendship Manor campus.
“There’s not another senior care or retirement living provider with more longevity or experience in our market,” President and CEO Ted Pappas Jr said. “Now, we are looking toward the future, and are very excited to announce our plans to re-establish Friendship Manor.
