DAVENPORT, Iowa (Nov. 16, 2017) – In the spirit of giving back this holiday season, Gordmans is supporting more than 50 nonprofits across its footprint this #GivingTuesday through its gThanks events in each of Gordmans’ 58 stores. On Tuesday, November 28, the off-price apparel and home décor retailer will donate 10 percent of each store’s sales to local nonprofit organizations from 5 p.m. to close.

As part of Gordmans’ commitment to the Quad Cities area, the local nonprofit United Way of the Quad Cities is Gordmans’ gThanks nonprofit beneficiary.

The gThanks events allow Gordmans’ guests to support nonprofit organizations as they shop Gordmans’ selection of big brands and smaller prices at every turn. To thank guests for their support, Gordmans will serve light refreshments during the event and will hold gift card giveaways. The first 50 shoppers at each store will receive a $5 Gordmans gift card, and one lucky shopper at each store will win a $100 Gordmans gift card.

Please join Gordmans and United Way of the Quad Cities for gThanks on #GivingTuesday, an evening of fun and giving thanks at your area Gordmans stores located at:

  • 3860 Elmore Avenue in Davenport

  • 4401 27th Street in Moline

In addition, shoppers eager to get a head start on their holiday shopping, Gordmans will be open 5 p.m. to midnight on Thanksgiving, and will re-open at 7 a.m. the following day on Nov. 24.
