Davenport, IA – January 19, 2018 – iHeartMedia announced today that Dave Levora has been named morning host for WOC 1420, The Quad Cities Place To Talk, effective January 29. iHeartMedia Quad Cities has a strong cross-platform presence and includes a number of iconic brands and franchises — both broadcast and digital — encompassing seven stations comprised of music, talk and news formats.

iHeartMedia has the leading consumer reach and influence across multiple platforms and delivers more live programming than any other media company. Dave will serve as morning host on WOC 1420’s AM Quad Cities weekdays 5:30 – 9AM with the station’s Program Director, Dan Kennedy. The show will continue to include regular contributions from Dan Deibert, as well as discussions around local news and events with reactions from listeners.

“We’re excited to bring Dave into the WOC News Talk 1420 family,” said Kennedy. “He’s already familiar with radio in the Quad Cities and I have no doubt that our listeners will love him!” Levora joins WOC 1420 from WQAD-TV Quad Cities, where he served as an Account Executive. He will continue to serve as host for WQAD-TV Quad Cities’ Brewed, a half-hour locally produced show exploring the craft beer scene throughout the Midwest. Prior to WQAD-TV, Levora was a morning personality on a number of other radio stations in the Quad Cities, including Planet 93.5, 97-Rock and Rock 104.9.

“I am thrilled to be back on the airwaves in the Quad Cities,” said Levora. “I look forward to once again connecting with the listeners and engaging with the community on WOC 1420.”
