DES MOINES, IOWA (September 24, 2025) — State Treasurer Roby Smith is reminding Iowans they have until September 30 to register for the $1,000 ISave 529 Fall Giveaway, courtesy of the Iowa Educational Savings Plan Trust. Currently there are more than 271,000 ISave 529 accounts, with 1,301 accounts in Clinton County with more than $18,249,641 saved.
"There's still time to register and give a child in your life a chance to win a $1,000 contribution for them and $1,000 for a K-12 school of their choice," said Treasurer Smith.
