BETTENDORF, IOWA (May 8, 2025) — A new women-centered workshop series is launching this spring in the Quad Cities to help close one of the most critical gaps in the future of work: AI adoption among women in business.
Created by certified AI strategist and entrepreneur Jackie Celske, the AI Boss Babe Bootcamp Series will include two hands-on, in-person sessions to help women build confidence, develop practical AI skills, and lead the way in a tech-driven world.
Why It Matters
Recent research shows a rapidly-growing gender gap in AI adoption. According to Harvard Business School, women are adopting AI tools in the workplace at least 25 percent lower rate than men. If not addressed, this confidence gap could leave women out of strategic decision-making as AI continues to redefine how we work, increase disparities in gender productivity and career opportunities, and lessen equity of the input into AI as the technology advances.
This beginner-friendly session covers what ChatGPT is (and isn’t), how to write effective prompts, and real-life use cases to save time, create smarter content, and lead with intention.
“Someone once told me no one would ever pay a woman to help businesses adopt AI,” said Jackie Celske, founder of The PROSE Co and host of the bootcamp. “So, I created a bootcamp to teach more women how to do exactly that. This isn’t about chasing a trend. It’s about using AI to amplify the way women already lead.”
Participants will also explore how uniquely female leadership traits — like empathy, communication, and adaptability — can be powerful tools for navigating and leading in the AI era.
Cost to participate is $97. Spots are limited, so women interested in attending can visit bit.ly/AIbossbabe1 to save a seat.
Registration for the second workshop in June, a hands-on experience that guides attendees through building their own Custom GPT, will open soon. Attendees of Workshop 1 will receive 50% off the second session as part of a bundled offer.
