Mississippi Valley Blues Society is working with the Figge Art Museum, area students, and the RME to Keep the Blues Alive

The Mississippi Valley Blues Society and the River Music Experience Present: MUSIC TRIVIA NIGHT!
Test your musical knowledge and enjoy live entertainment provided by the 2017  Iowa Blues Challenge winners, the Avey/Grouws Band, at MUSIC TRIVIA NIGHT!
Sunday Jan.14th
Location: Redstone Room inside River Music Experience, 129 Main Street, Davenport IA, 563-326-1333  
Doors: 2:00
Avey/Grouws Band 2:30-3:00
Trivia Begins: 3:00
Team Size 4-8 people.
Cost: $10 per person
 
The Avey/Grouws Band will represent the Quad Cities, and the state of Iowa, at the International Blues Challenge in Memphis TN, Jan. 16th - 20th. At MUSIC TRIVIA NIGHT, they will perform the 30 minute set they will perform at the world's largest blues band competition. 
This event is hosted by the RME and the Mississippi Valley Blues Society! Profits from the event will benefit both non-profit organizations allowing them to continue supporting live music and music education in our community. Bring your own own snacks. Drinks will be available at the bar. Featuring Prizes & Raffles for great prizes supplied by supporting local businesses!
Register online at rivermusicexperience.org or by visiting the RME box office 129 Main Street, Davenport, by 5:00 Jan. 12th, 2018. Remaining tickets will be available st the door.
