DES MOINES, IOWA (December 29, 2025) — The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), Iowa’s leading small-business advocacy organization, recently announced the launch of its new, comprehensive NFIB Voting Hub to ensure that small-business-owners nationwide are equipped to participate fully in upcoming state and federal elections.

"In Iowa, Main Street is the backbone of our economy,” said NFIB Iowa State Director Matt Everson.

“This election tool is critical for every NFIB member to easily find pro-small-business candidates who will prioritize fiscal stability and cutting unnecessary red tape, allowing our small businesses to focus on growth, not compliance."

The new NFIB Voting Hub includes:

  • Voter Registration and Planning: Users can quickly check their registration status, register to vote, request a ballot to vote by mail, and sign up for timely election reminders specific to their state’s dates and deadlines.
  • Pro-Small Business Candidate Information: The Hub features NFIB’s official Voter Guides and a list of NFIB Endorsed Candidates — individuals who have demonstrated a commitment to supporting the policies that benefit America’s small business community.
  • State and Federal Action: Members can easily discover current legislative issues affecting their business and take immediate action, connecting advocacy to electoral choices.

For over 80 years, NFIB has been advocating on behalf of America’s small and independent business owners, both in Washington DC and in all fifty state capitals. NFIB is non-profit, non-partisan, and member-driven. Since our founding in 1943, NFIB has been exclusively dedicated to small and independent businesses, and remains so today.
