Community Planning staff have asked me to remind you about the neighborhood meeting for the Rockingham Road Corridor Zoning Enhancements.  It is set for 6PM at the Roosevelt Community Center, tomorrow, Thursday, March 15.  Property owners, neighbors and other stakeholders are invited to attend a discussion of zoning regulations designed to enhance the Rockingham Road corridor. It is the City’s intent to implement a few of the goals and objectives listed in the Rockingham Road – Older Commercial Corridors Plan and the West End Focus neighborhood plan. This neighborhood meeting is an informal opportunity for neighbors  to meet with the City; providing ideas and comments about how to better establish a commercial identity for this valuable corridor. The Roosevelt Community Center is located at 1220 Minnie Ave.
