BETTENDORD, IOWA (September 26, 2024) — The Quad Cities Chamber announces a new Minority Business Summit being held 8:30AM-3:30PM, October 29, 2024, at the Hotel Blackhawk, Davenport. This free event, presented by Wells Fargo, is designed to empower minority entrepreneurs and business owners.

Keynote speaker Dr Kit Evans-Ford will share “A Founder’s Story: Navigating the Ups and Downs of Entrepreneurship.” Throughout the day, participants will attend workshops on crucial topics such as digital marketing strategies, navigating accounting challenges, leveraging technology, scaling your business, and funding opportunities.

Minority entrepreneurs and business-owners should fill out an application expressing their interest. Deadline to apply is October 18, 2024. Application and information are available on the Chamber’s website here.
