Davenport, IA - Caleb Construction is offering for auction a "project in a box" for the Pierce School Mall Condo Project. The auction is being held on eBay's Real Estate Division, with the listing ending on Thursday afternoon. The auction includes the Pierce School Building and everything related to the renovation project.

Pierce School has been prepped for the rehabilitation path for the past two years. The auction includes anything and everything that has to do with the project including the almost 50,000 square foot structure, reliable retail tenants, all architectural plans, surveys, sitemaps, 3D renderings, project budgets, contractor contacts, transferable contracts, all marketing/sales materials, complete website, and all other assets. In addition, Caleb Construction was able to obtain various grants for the project. The new owner could assume the same.

The Pierce School was built in 1899 and is considered a Historical Site in the State of Iowa. It was a school until the 40's, and since then it has been office and retail space.

Caleb purchased the building with the intent to construct 15 luxury condos and a penthouse on the upper floors and offer exclusive retail spaces on the lower floors to high profile retail shops.

The timing couldn't be better for another developer. The Village of East Davenport is set for a major face lift that could start as early as this summer. Also, Caleb's innovative Energy Savers Program (ESP) takes advantage of the high energy prices in today's market.

More details about the project and the auction can be found on the building's website: www.pierceschoolmall.com
