About the Rivermont Collegiate Rowing Academy

The Rivermont Collegiate Rowing Academy accepts 6th-12th-grade students who attend the school. Students benefit from a challenging, enriching Rivermont education while learning and enhancing their rowing skills, and being part of a team. Rowers train at that the Sylvan Boathouse, just over the I-74 bridge in Illinois, home to nationally recognized Y Quad Cities Rowing. Students row on the beautiful Mississippi River and travel throughout the mid-west and the entire United States to compete with the best rowing programs in the country. The coaching staff has produced national and international rowing champions. Our goal is to teach rowing fundamentals while developing great athletes both on and off the water.
