Quad City Community has a new theatre resource on the Web

The Quad Cities now has an internet resource to inform the community of anything and everything involving theatre in www.qctheatreweb.com.

This new site will hopefully be a much-used and informative tool for theatre performers, lovers and patrons of the Quad City area. While the QC theatre community is a small one, qctheatreweb.com hopes to deliver the pertinent information to those interested in the Quad Cities.

The site is driven by local companies and artists, using information sent by local organizations. Show listings can be enhanced to include photo galleries, cast lists, links to news, critic reviews and more. Visitors to the site also have the opportunity to submit listings and comments of their own.

For current and future performers the site offers a call board with auditions and other job opportunities. The training page lists upcoming classes in dance, voice lessons, and acting for all levels.

The Quad City Theatre Web is updated daily, as information becomes available, which encourages the theatre community to continue to check back daily. Each visit is counted and adds strength to the call for more support of the theatre arts in the Quad Cities.

This website is a free resource for the community, with the exception of companies wanting to purchase ad space for a production.
