IOWA CITY, IOWA (September 12, 2019) — Join us on Friday, October 11, to listen to the music of acclaimed artist Ray Blue. This performance will feature the Ray Blue Work Ensemble.
Tickets are $12 in advance, $15 at the door. Advance sales will end at 4:00 PM on October 11.
About the Artist:
Ray Blue’s music can be described as a fusion of straight-ahead jazz and rhythmic groove. Ray is a New York-bred saxophonist, composer, arranger, and educator who performs internationally. He received his Master's degree from University of Iowa and now consults and presents at schools, colleges, universities, and community institutions around the world. He is the founder of Cross-Cultural Connection Inc, a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization that promotes jazz culture, performance, and education.
