This new version of the Chamber’s annual meeting will highlight the Chamber’s accomplishments and what to expect in the coming year. It will also feature live music, food tastings and local breweries.

The Business of the Year and Volunteer of the Year will be announced at the event.

“This year, we wanted to evolve our traditional annual meeting, providing more opportunities for Chamber members and community stakeholders to network,” said Paul Rumler, president and CEO of the Quad Cities Chamber. “We wanted to have some fun too, highlighting The Rust Belt, one of our newest entertainment establishments, along with great food and beverages from local restaurants and breweries. The event is open to anyone who wants to hear more about the Quad Cities Chamber.”

Speakers will include: Joe Slavens of Northwest Bank and Trust Company, and past chair of the Chamber; Aaron Tennant of Simplex Leasing, and chair of the Chamber; John DeDoncker of TBK Bank, and co-chair of the Chamber’s investment campaign; LaDrina Wilson of Black Hawk College, and co-chair of the Chamber’s investment campaign; and Paul Rumler, president and CEO of the Quad Cities Chamber.

A daring and emotionally-charged voice, her music evokes a hot southern night — rough around the edges but with a velvety quality that soothes the soul. Her music is described as funk, soul, pop and alternative rock.
