DES MOINES, IOWA (July 22, 2025) — The American Red Cross Nebraska-Iowa region presented Hy-Vee with the Partner of the Year award on Monday, July 21, 2025, at Hy-Vee headquarters in West Des Moines. The award recognizes Hy-Vee’s commitment to the American Red Cross mission of alleviating human suffering.

“Hy-Vee’s generous support strengthens our ability to serve those impacted by disaster and support those in the armed forces,” said Jill Orton, American Red Cross Region CEO. “We are grateful for their commitment to our humanitarian mission and look forward to continuing to serve communities together.”
