DAVENPORT, IOWA (May 11, 2019) — Join us as we blast off into “A Universe of Stories” for the 2019 Summer Reading Program! Kick off the fun on Friday, June 7, at 7PM at our Eastern Avenue Branch (6000 Eastern Ave) to check out the Mississippi Bend AEA’s Star Lab, study the skies with the Popular Astronomy Club, enjoy space crafts and activities, and more! The library will be open late for this special after-hours event.
Our youngest patrons can join us earlier at 3PM to Countdown to Summer Reading. We'll have the Starlab open along with crafts and stories for our baby and toddler friends with early bedtimes.
