The webinar’s presenter is Doug Morse, a former rural hospital CEO and network system executive. Morse helps leaders and boards achieve exceptional scorecards and strong community support through strategic planning, operational improvement and leadership training. He wrote the book, You Got This: How to Make Big Decisions at Small Hospitals, and was twice recognized as a college faculty teacher of the year and received the Iowa Hospital Association’s Young Executive Achievement Award.
