ANKENY, IOWA (December 20, 2019) — The Environmental Protection Agency has released its final rule for the 2020 Renewable Fuel Standard, holding flat the biodiesel volumes while underestimating future small-refinery exemptions. LENEXA, KANSAS (December 20, 2019) — The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) finalized, on Wednesday, December 18, a rule that establishes the required renewable volumes under the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) program for 2020, and the biomass-based diesel volume for 2021.
