(DES MOINES) – Gov. Kim Reynolds and Lt. Gov. Adam Gregg issued statements Friday morning on the passing of State Representative Curt Hanson:

BEXLEY, OH (06/16/2017)-- August Denys, of Geneseo was named to the Dean's List at Capital University for the spring 2017 semester.

In order to be named to the Dean's List, full-time, degree-seeking students must have achieved a grade point average of at least 3.5.

FAYETTE, IA (06/16/2017)-- Upper Iowa University announces the Dean's List for the 2017 Spring semester. To be honored, a student must have earned a minimum 3.50 grade point average for the semester and be enrolled as a full-time student. Among the honorees, were the following students:

Rock Island, IL - Brieanna Barnes, Athletic Training major;

Rock Island, IL - Madison Doyle, Biology major;

De Witt, IA - Aubrey Lasche, Conservation Mgmt major;

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (June 16, 2017) - Rockhurst University awarded more than 750 degrees at its 97th annual commencement ceremony Saturday, May 13, at Municipal Auditorium in Kansas City, Mo. In keeping with the student-centered focus at Rockhurst, the program featured two student speakers: Paul Alexander Hagan, who received a Bachelor of Science in exercise and sport science; and Julie Ruth Thomson, who received a Master of Science in business intelligence and analytics.
