JOHNSTON, IOWA (February 7, 2022) — Iowa Veterans and their spouses will now have walk-in access to professional career-planning right here in central Iowa.

Beginning February 8, a career-planner from Home Base Iowa will be available at Camp Dodge military base on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, 8AM-4:30PM.

TAMPA, FLORIDA (February 4, 2022) — The University of Tampa has honored 2,056 students who were named to the dean's list for the Fall 2021 semester. Students must maintain a GPA of 3.75 or higher to be eligible for the Dean's List.

UT student, Alexis Arnold, of Eldridge, earned dean's list honors. Arnold is majoring in Mathematics BS.

DES MOINES, IOWA (February 3, 2022) — Health-care education scholarships provided by the Iowa Hospital Association through its subsidiary, the Iowa Hospital Education and Research Foundation, are due Thursday, March 31. IHA will award sixty health-care scholarships of up to $7,000 ($3,500 per year for up to two years) and $1,000 specific to emergency medical technology/technician certification programs.
