On May 14, 2016, thousands of parents, friends, families and community members, will gather in parks and malls across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico to raise funds and awareness for human milk to help save the lives of 500 premature infants annually from Necrotizing Enterocolitis (NEC) – and help prevent 5000 babies each year from contracting this often deadly and painful disease.

Everyone is welcome! Babies, moms - nursing or not, toddlers, older kids, dads, grandparents, friends, dogs, strollers, baby wearers, parents-to-be, and friends with no kids... anyone who was a baby! Its a leisurely-paced stroll around the park. Non-walkers are welcome too!

We will meet at the big fountain at VanderVeer Park at 10:30am on May 14th. Our walk around the park starts at 11:00am. Pack a picnic, because after our walk we'll gather for fellowship, socializing, and support of breastfeeding and human milk!
