Governor Quinn Takes Bill Action **Friday, February 1, 2013**

CHICAGO - February 1, 2013. Governor Pat Quinn today took action on the following bills:

 

Bill No.: HB 1864

An Act Concerning: Education

Reduces the tuition rate requirement that community colleges must attain in order to receive an equalization grant.

Action: Signed

Effective Date: Immediately

 

Bill No.: HB 4110

An Act Concerning: Revenue

Creates a new property tax exemption for certain commercial businesses that lease property at the Quad City International Airport.

Action: Signed

Effective Date: June 1
