Dewitt, IA – AmericInn®, one of the nation’s leading midscale hotel companies, today announced it has broken ground on the construction of a new hotel in Dewitt, Iowa. Leaders from AmericInn, City of Dewitt officials, the Dewitt Chamber and Development Company joined the group of local investors in the ground breaking ceremony.
The 3-story 47-room hotel is being developed by Twin Cities-based Apollo Development on behalf of a group of local investors. The hotel will be constructed by Truline Construction and managed by Three Rivers Hospitality, a sister company to AmericInn.
Utilizing AmericInn’s newest Generation-4 prototype design, this 3-story hotel will feature a pub, refreshment bar, swimming pool, whirlpool, fitness room, hotel-wide internet access and the signature AmericInn hospitality service that has become the brand’s trademark.

The new AmericInn Dewitt will be conveniently located in the Northeast quadrant of Highway 61 and Highway 30.
