Hike the Vines

Davenport, Iowa (September 2016) – Gilda’s Club and Creekside Vineyards are teaming up again to present the 2nd annual Hike the Vines. Participants can choose from a 1 mile or 2 mile hike around the picturesque Creekside Vineyards in Coal Valley. Along with a stemless wine glass and Haley’s Corker, participants will enjoy a post-hike party including a complimentary glass of wine or craft beer (soda if under 21), yard games, and live music by Lee Blackmon on the Wine Terrace. Hike the Vines will take place on Saturday, October 8th, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Creekside Vineyards located at 7505 120th Avenue, Coal Valley, Illinois.

Registration Fees: $25 for early registration (postmarked by September 24th). After September 24th registration is $30. Wine glass and Haley’s Corker not guaranteed after October 1st. A boxed lunch from The Village Corner Deli can be purchased for an additional $15 fee. It will include Italian Skewers, Cheese-n-crackers, fresh fruit, and an additional glass of wine or craft beer. Boxed lunches must be reserved in advance at the time of registration.

Packet Pickup: Will be held at the entrance of Creekside Vineyards 15 minutes prior to your hike start time. Participants will be given a start time 1 week prior to the event. Creekside Vineyards is located at 7505 120th Avenue, Coal Valley, Illinois.

Hugs and Hearts Wine: Reserve bottles of Hugs and Hearts wine to be paid for and picked up the day of the event. Bottles are $13.99/bottle + 6.25% sales tax. $4 of each bottle will be donated to Gilda’s Club Quad Cities.

Raffle Tickets: 1 for $1 or 6 for $5 will be sold at the event for a chance to win a case of Creekside Vineyards wine.
