King's Harvest Ministries is pleased to announce that Kevin Skillet and Chuck Long have agreed to be guest golfers in our 2nd Annual King's Harvest Golf Tournament at Short Hills Country Club on August 26, 2013.
Mr. Skillett is a former University of Iowa Basketball player and head basketball coach at Bettendorf High School. He is currently an Assistant Principal/Activities Director at Bettendorf High School.
Mr. Long, if a former University of Iowa Football player (quarterback), played in the National Football League for the Detroit Lions and Los Angeles Rams. He has coached at the University of Iowa, The University of Oklahoma and an San Deigo State. He is currently employeed as an Account Executive for Holmes Murphy.
King's Harvest currently has seventeen local business sponsors in the Quad City area. Major sponsors: Courtesy Car City in Moline and Davenport, Modern Woodmen Fraternal Financial, Sears Manufacturing and Larry Thein State Farm Agency and Continental Fire.

All net proceeds will be used to support King's Harvest Ministries. Our facility is located at 824 West 3rd Street in Davenport. Our mission includes, but is not limited to; a soup kitchen, food bank, shelters for homeless mothers with children, single men and single women and a pet shelter.
