The Mallards' opposition has changed for seven additional already-scheduled games.  The Mallards will meet the Cincinnati Cyclones for the first time ever when the Cyclones visit the iWireless Center for games Friday, October 31 and Saturday, November 1.  The Mallards were originally schedule to meet the Brampton Beast on both of those dates.  The Mallards are now slated to visit Brampton on Friday, November 14 (a date on which they were originally due to play the Oilers in Tulsa) and Sunday November 16 (rather than the Allen Americans).   The Mallards will spend New Year's Eve in Evansville clashing with the IceMen instead of in Brampton taming the Beast.  The Mallards will host the Wichita Thunder on Friday, February 6 and Saturday, February 7- dates on which the Flock was previously set to collide with the Americans.

As was announced by the ECHL last week, the Mallards will play in the Central Division of the Western Conference along with the other CHL transplants: Allen, Brampton, Missouri, Tulsa, Rapid City and Wichita.  The Mallards' match-ups with Cincinnati (October 31 and November 1), Fort Wayne (December 29) and Evansville (December 31) are the only inter-division games they will play this season.

The Mallards will meet the Missouri Mavericks 16 times- more often than they will see any other foe.  The Mallards will also play more than ten games against three other opponents: Brampton (14), Rapid City (13) and Wichita (12).  The Mallards will butt heads with Tulsa eight times and tussle with Allen on five occasions.

The Mallards will play 26 of their home games on fan friendly weekend dates.  The Flock will take the ice at the iWireless Center for ten Friday night games, 11 Saturday evening tilts, five Sunday contests.  Each of the Mallards' Sunday home games will face off at 4:05 p.m. while all other home games will start at 7:05 p.m.

The Mallards will enjoy their longest homestand of the season when they play eight consecutive games at the iWireless Center between March 1 and March 18.  The Mallards will kick off December on their longest road trip of the campaign.  They will play six straight away games between December 2 and December 13.

February will be the Mallards' busiest month.  Terry Ruskwoski's troops will play 14 times in just 28 days.

The Mallards will wrap up the regular season a week later originally scheduled when they welcome Tulsa to the Quad Cities on Saturday, April 11.

2014-15 Mallards season tickets are still on sale.  Ticket packages are available to meet almost any budget.  A limited edition season ticket holder Mallard jersey, 12 additional ticket vouchers per seat and free parking are among a host of exclusive benefits available to season ticket holders.  For more season ticket information fans can call the Mallards' business office at 309-277-1364.
