It's YOUR support that helps open a world of opportunities
to our region's children and future generations to come.
Without YOU, it truly cannot happen!

Over the past two months, the Putnam has transformed before our eyes!
In April of 2014, a $2.2 million dollar repurposing project became a reality, allowing us to renovate underutilized space into a NEW Science Center with nearly
50 hands-on discovery stations!
The Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math education that we provide in our new center is a pivotal necessity for our children. With YOUR help, we can continue to educate them about STEM-related careers and community businesses that utilize these skills each and every day.
There is so much more to be done in 2014! We urge you to maximize your pledge through Birdies for Charity today, ensuring the Putnam is a vibrant community
resource well into the future!

Help Keep the Reader Alive and Free Since '93!

"We're the River Cities' Reader, and we've kept the Quad Cities' only independently owned newspaper alive and free since 1993.

So please help the Reader keep going with your one-time, monthly, or annual support. With your financial support the Reader can continue providing uncensored, non-scripted, and independent journalism alongside the Quad Cities' area's most comprehensive cultural coverage." - Todd McGreevy, Publisher
