Paper Tigers Documentary

Paper Tigers looks at the effects of trauma on the youth of Walla Walla, Washington, and how one community transformed its culture to respond. Lincoln High School is a successful example of how an entire system can change to better respond to childhood trauma. After four years, suspensions dropped 90 percent, expulsions dropped to zero and graduation rates increased five times.

This is a FREE community event, a two-hour screening will be followed by a discussion and a call to action. Register now - seating is limited.  Register Today!

Quad Cities Museum Week
June 18 - 26

DISCOVER THE MYSTERIES
Join us for Museum Week in the Quad Cities! Organized by the Quad Cities Convention & Visitors Bureau and area museums, this year's theme will be Quad Cities mysteries. Enjoy special admissions, exhibits, and events and have fun, discover and uncover wonderful mysteries.

The Putnam will host self-guided scavenger hunts, mysteries throughout the museum to read and learn about, geocaching and a special visit from Don Wildman!

Don't know what geocaching is? The Quad City Museum Geocache may be a great way for you to learn. Geocaches are for people who enjoy treasure hunts and provide individuals and families with a fun activity. By finding some or all of the Quad Cities museum caches you will learn about the many great museums in our community. All caches are outdoors, but we hope you will come back and visit the participating organizations.
