The Fulton Public Works Department is busy in Fulton, Illinois. They have been loading boats into their slips at the Fulton Marina, now that the Mississippi River levels are down. In addition, they have been working on replacing the LED lights at the intersection of 4th Street and 14th Avenue, which were struck by lightning last week.  

The Fulton Chamber of Commerce's Board of Director welcomes two new individuals to their Board. Joe Wendel, owner of Wendel Repair and Ben Wilbur, owner of Steam Anchor are local businessmen who were nominated by their peers, and voted into their Board seat. They were able to attend their first meeting on Wednesday. Currently their are nine Board of Directors for the chamber membership which has 115 members. The Fulton Chamber of Commerce supports the business community in Fulton and greater Fulton Area as well as helping promote the City of Fulton. Membership is always open.
