ent will host our annual "Exploring Engineering" event on at the Rogalski Center on the St. Ambrose campus in Davenport, IA. Doors open at 5:30PM, activities start at 6PM and will conclude by 8PM. The event is meant to provide information to high school and community college students, their parents, and teachers about engineering and local/regional career opportunities in the field. Learn more about Volunteering and Get Registered!Also, seeking volunteers for December 3, 10 and 11!Anyone with the time and desire, can be a volunteer at a FIRST event which are one day or less. For the Quad Cities, more than 300 volunteers are needed to support 15 FIRST events from November through April supporting approximately 1,500 students age 6-18. No previous experience or technical background is required for many of the volunteer positions. Volunteers can be high school students and above.- To volunteer or learn more, sign up here.
