An OUT-OF-STATE owner of a vacant building one block from City Hall has chosen to sell their property at auction on November 17,2016.
The currently vacant, 2-story , 5,624 sq ft building located at 400 16th Street has a motivated seller who has decided to sell "sooner rather than later" said Rick Levin, President of Chicago based Rick Levin and Associates, Inc., the auction firm conducting the sale. Levin went on to add that "selling the property in November will save the Seller time and money, and the Seller is prepared to pass those savings on to the Purchaser".
On site inspections will be held from Noon to 2pm on November 2 and 10.
