While there, take your photo with the new Scott County Freedom Rock on the south end of the Levee in LeClaire, Iowa, from 11am-3pm and share it on Social Media - Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook - for a chance to win a goodie basket worth over $250 from LeClaire merchants.
