JULY 21st SHOW TO FEATURE LOCAL DRUM CIRCLE AND LIVE MUSIC
Rock Island, IL, July 12, 2016–Skellington Manor is bringing the entire drum circle experience, indoors with their July 21st SWERVE event. SWERVE is a live, monthly variety show hosted by Skellington Manor. The event is open to the public and free to attend. The doors open at 7:00pm, the live show runs from 8:00-10:00, and the dance party runs from 10:00-12:00.
The event will feature drummers from the Quad Cities Beach Drum Circle, flow artist and fire dancer – Jon Brown, and belly dancers – including Tammy Mitchell. The show will also have local musical artists Adam McKinley, Juliana of Juliana & A Soul Purpose, and Dead Forms, as well as a hoop performance from Nikki Jones Dance & Yoga. Comedian, Jake McDowell will be handing out free hugs, and Chef Jon Vance will be serving Uncle Touchy’s Original Real-Deal Jerked Chicken and Pork. After the live show, Just Let Go opens the floor for an all-vinyl dance party.
