The Blues Hall of Fame.Com, Quad Cities Chapter, in conjunction with it's two Local Ambassadors of The Blues, Michael "Hawkeye" Herman and Jason "The Heathen" Stuart and KPC Productions Presents, Our first Induction Ceremony, to honor the Great Blues Musicians, that The Entire Quad Cities has produced. In this first induction, we have chosen to honor those who have passed away, lest their memory be forgot. John O'Meara, Joe Pena, George "Handyman" Handy, Eddie Hodge, Ray Freeman, Jimmie Lee Adams, and Doug "Steele" Duda. This area produces great talents and attracts great talents to settle here. Let us honor this great gift with this gathering and look forward to honoring many more Great Blues Musicians from the Quad Cities. A Voluntary $1.00 donation will be asked at the door to cover the expenses of the production and presentation. This is a not for Profit event.

"We're the River Cities' Reader, and we've kept the Quad Cities' only independently owned newspaper alive and free since 1993.

So please help the Reader keep going with your one-time, monthly, or annual support. With your financial support the Reader can continue providing uncensored, non-scripted, and independent journalism alongside the Quad Cities' area's most comprehensive cultural coverage." - Todd McGreevy, Publisher
