Focusing entirely on health and lifestyle choices, the Women's Health and Lifestyle Fair returns to the RiverCenter Saturday for it's 24th year. For $1 and one can of food, you can enjoy fitness tips, home decorating advice, cooking facts, and more. Later that evening, "stunningly brilliant" pianist, Joel Fan, performs at the Adler with the Quad City Symphony Orchestra Masterworks V. A combination of rhythmic energy and direct expression help this performance characterize the diversity within American music.

Local bands and artists are taking over the second floor of the River Music Experience on Saturday to support "Music in Education Month." On Tuesday, munch on free popcorn while watching The Big Lebowski for this week's Redstone Reels! Later in the week, get your Bluegrass fix when Henhouse Prowlers perform with Franki Joe & Kinfolk.

Help raise awareness and funds for Wounded Warriors in the QC area on Thursday during the New Kingdom Trailriders' Big Impact for Everyday Heroes event.
