AMANA, Iowa- If you love classic farm equipment you won’t want to miss the Allis Connection Father’s Day Show in Middle Amana Community Park on June 18th and 19th. This show features a full complement of Allis-Chalmers tractors, garden tractors, and equipment. This year the show’s featured equipment will be manure spreaders.
The show is FREE and open to the public. Tractor owners are invited to join the fun and display their Allis-Chalmers equipment and everyone is encouraged to view rare pieces of Allis-Chalmers equipment and memorabilia from around the country. There will be vendors supplying parts and you can buy, sell or trade Allis-Chalmers items.
The show hours are Saturday, June 18th at 8:30am to 5pm and Sunday, June 19th at 9am-2pm. The children can participate in a peddle tractor pull both days at noon followed by a tractor parade through the village of Middle Amana. Food and beverages are available at the park during show hours.
The public is invited to the Exhibitor’s Banquet on Saturday evening at the Ox Yoke Inn in the village of Amana. Tickets for the banquet are available at the show and are $20/person. Prior to the show opening on Sunday a church service will be held at the Middle Amana Park beginning at 8am.
