I am pleased to announce that voting for 2016 Congressional Art Contest has begun! The high school student you select as the 2016 People’s Choice Award winner will represent Iowa’s Second District and have their art work displayed in the tunnel leading to the U.S. Capitol for one year.

There is no doubt that it is going to be a tough choice for you to make. We received around 50 entries, from 10 schools in 9 counties. With so many talented artists in our high schools, there are a lot of high quality pieces of work for you to choose from.
