Acri announces her plans to clean up the roadsides of Moline.  “All of the election experts tell me that you need to go door-to-door and ask for peoples’ votes in order to win an election.  I want to challenge that concept.  I think that it would be better to spend my time earning Moliners’ votes instead of just asking for them!” said Acri. “So instead of knocking on doors, I will spend my campaign time filing up trash bags and get a head start on making Moline the incredible city that it is meant to be.”

The public is invited to join Stephanie Acri’s final coffee chat leading up to the Moline Mayoral primary election.   Over a cup of coffee, the residents of Moline will come together to share concerns and ideas.  The event will be held at Milltown Coffee at 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM this Friday, February 24th hosted by Friends of Stephanie Acri.  The conversation will focus on Moline’s 4th Ward neighborhood with special guest John Zelnio, 4th Ward Alderman and write-in candidate for the 4th Ward Alderman seat in the general election this April.

“I fully endorse Alderman Stephanie Acri for Mayor of Moline.   As fourth ward Alderman I feel the need for strong leadership is critical. Her knowledge, experience and dedication will assure continued progress for our great city,” said John Zelnio, 4th Ward Alderman.  “Please vote for Stephanie Acri for Mayor of Moline.”

Attendees will also have the opportunity to meet Sonia Berg, primary election write-in candidate for the Moline Alderman At-Large seat.  As well as three Moline School Board candidates, Erin Waldron-Smith, Sangeetha Rayapati and Andy Waeyert.
